These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and WESTRIDGE ALG ("Westridge ALG", "we", "us", or "our"), a lead generation agency with its head office at 1616 Parkway Blvd, Coquitlam, BC V3E 2Y5, Canada. Our services

WESTRIDGE ALG provides paid lead generation campaigns, lead qualification calling, appointment setting into contractor calendars, and related reporting and follow-up for home remodeling and renovation contractors. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms for contractor clients are set out in a separate written service agreement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

Use of the website

• You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.
• You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit, and to submit only contact details you are authorised to use.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the WESTRIDGE ALG name and branding, is owned by or licensed to WESTRIDGE ALG and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, pricing, capacity, and how quickly a contractor follows up. We do not guarantee a specific volume of leads, appointments, closed sales, or revenue unless a written service agreement expressly states otherwise.

Program description

WESTRIDGE ALG operates a customer care and conversational text messaging program. If you opt in, you may receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, service-related updates about your enquiry, and direct responses to questions you send to our team. Opting in is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further messages unless you opt in again.

Rejoining after opting out

If you have opted out and would like to start receiving messages again, you can rejoin at any time by submitting the form on our SMS Opt-In page and checking the consent box, by replying START to our messaging number, or by calling us at +1 604-353-3410 and asking a team member to re-enrol you.

Supported carriers and devices
